The Kelton Manor is a thirty unit three story atrium style apartment building located in the north Westwood village residential district of Los Angeles, California with basic Spectrum cable and internet included in base rent and keyless locks. Spectrum managed high speed WIFI is also available as component of an optional Smart Tech package.

The spacious apartments are within walking distance of the UCLA campus, medical center and Westwood Village.

The Kelton Manor Apartments provides tenants the ability to subscribe to Spectrum basic Video and Internet included in the base rent. Optionally, the Kelton Manor's Smart tech user package provides credentials to access the Managed Wi-Fi network with 300/300 mps throughout your apartment and the property. Utilities, other than water and trash collection, are not included in the rent. Tenants must set up their own electricity utility account with the DWP.. Link to LA DWP website

Applications should be completed fully and are subject to review before being accepted. Financial guarantors are needed for applicants and guarantor contact information can be provided in the on-line application by completing the guarantor section of the application. Leases generally run for one year from September 1st through August 31st. A limited number of parking spots are available for an additional monthly charge. If you desire parking, generally one space per unit is available, please complete the vehicles section of the application and discuss with the resident manager to confirm availability. All roommates must complete an application and any roommate changes are subject to management approval and completion of documentation by the tenants. All tenants are jointly and severally liable for the lease obligation for the full lease term. There are limits on the number of occupants per bedroom. On_line Application

Press on-line application link to submit an application and to begin the process of setting up your tenant portal access (Please specify unit #, lease start date and roommates on app). Refundable holding deposits can be made on-line by either E-check transaction or RentMoney Voucher once registered with a Tenant portal userid. The RentMoney Voucher system allows you to create a voucher within the tenant portal to make cash payments at selected local retailers (Ralphs in Westwood) and credited to your tenant ledger.

Registered tenants can log-in to the tenant portal to make payments by E-check or to create a RentMoney Voucher to pay with cash at select nearby retail locations (enable cookies). Initial set-up of your tenant portal must be done from a laptop computer rather than a smartphone. After completion of the on-line application and processing by the property management office you will receive an email with access instructions to the tenant portal.
